E-commerce & Social Media Manager
THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, social media focused and fashion passionate person, since the client portfolio you will be working with comprises three luxury fashion and accessories brands with an international reach.
As Ecommerce and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the online product catalogue of our clients is up to date and that any new products are correctly loaded onto the website with SEO friendly descriptions and accurate product data. You will be responsible for all social media content delivery across all brand platforms – this includes the creation of content that is both on brand and engaging.
You will be able to understand the metrics of various social channels and manage communities across their Instagram channel engaging with comments and messages.
You will have an understanding of google Adwords and Facebook Business Manager and be able to use Mailchimp. You will create on brand graphics, copy and video edits for organic and paid social content use and develop on brand social content channels to drive engagement and sales.
We are looking to speak to candidates who have strong Woocommerce experience and are able to analyse the customer journey and suggest relevant UX enhancements. Experience in writing product descriptions and specifics along with creating web graphics and homepage video in line with the brand marketing calendar is essential. You will be highly creative and analytical and be able to produce highly engaging email campaigns including copy, graphics and moving image.
Position will require to be very proactive, creative and increase brand awareness to drive online sales, by building online communities and engaging with audiences through all social media channels.

- Create, deliver and evolve digital and social media strategy, aligning to the overall business targets
- Develop brand awareness and generate inbound traffic
- Devise a plan of rich content and activity, including interactive ideas which allow us to engage with and excite our online community
- Collaborate with wider Marketing Team to produce innovative and creative campaigns to drive sales
- Monitor and analyse the number of followers and level of online engagement in order to recommend where we invest in our online marketing spend
- Work closely with the Brand Manager and the Sales & Marketing team to promote any new products and promotional offers
- Liaise with the Customer Service Manager and Operations Director when dealing with visitor feedback and issues online
- Ensure the correct use of branding and language in line with our brand and concept across all B2B and B2C platforms.

Location: Tynemouth
Position: Permanent, Full Time (though we would consider splitting the role into two part time positions)
PACKAGE
- Salary: subject to experience £24k-£30k
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays, increasing by 1 day for each two full calendar year of service.
